There was a jockey named Roger Cox who roe back then who was probably the jockey you’re thinking of. Flint Flash must’ve gotten claimed as his later races were run in penmnsylvania and was owned and trained by a Samuel Webb.

I’d like to know where the racetrack was located in City Park.
